About
Upcycling Ya Nana's Textiles
Did you know that if the production of clothing using virgin materials stopped today, we’d still have enough fabric to clothe humanity for the next six generations?
It's no secret that the fashion industry has its challenges—from waste and overproduction to unethical labor practices. I created YANANAS as a way to transform what already exists, reducing waste while creating one-of-a-kind pieces that help people express their personal style.
I source vintage textiles from antique fairs, estate sales, and thrift stores. I give everything a good wash and then give these fabrics your nana might’ve adored a second life.
Every piece I create blends vintage charm with a modern twist. These thoughtfully curated, upcycled fabrics become unique garments and accessories, ready to be cherished for years to come.
